You have a history of alcohol abuse. You are suggested to taper alcohol intake under an expert or take the help of a detox center. Since you are a chronic patient of thyroid problem, get treated at the earliest.
You are suggested to visit a gynecologist, get clinically examined & assessed. Get all required blood & Imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort. Your treatment ( by medications or surgery) will depend upon the pathology detected.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
