What Causes Constant Bloating Along With Dark Yellow Urine?

I am constantly bloated, my urine is always yellow now, it is never clear not for about a month and a half, and I have and acid feeling in my gut, not like acid reflux. I did have a urine analysis last month, it was all clear. I am in the begining stages of menopause. The only medicine I am taking is dulera for my asthma.

Just drink plenty of oral fluids. Avoid spicy food. Take enough fruits and veges.
If these measures does not clear your symptoms in 3-5 days, kindly see your doctor for evaluation.
