General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Gastro esophageal Reflux disease is known to cause bloating and burning pain under rib cage. Ask her to avoid coffee, corbonated drinks, avoid spicy, salty food. Ask her to have food regularly.

If symptoms persists, its better to consult a Gastro-enterologist for further evaluation.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other queries, feel free to ask
