Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Constant burning sensation in your gums is suggestive for possible gum infection (gingivitis). You can ask your dentist if you can use:
- oral antiseptic solutions
- oral pain-relief gel
until your dentist will pull out the bad teeth.

You can also keep a good hygiene of your mouth by washing regularly and by doing gargle with warm water and salt.

Can also apply honey mixed with a bit of baking soda to ease the burning sensation of your gums.

I am also sorry for you being a HIV+ which makes your health situation much more difficult. However, this does not mean that you should stay in pain. The advice given above can be of great help; just talk with your doctor.

Wish fast recovery!
