General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your symptom of left chest and upper back pain radiating to the shoulder and arm following normal laboratory findings ECG and ECHO I am suggesting you have developed a joint disease called Costochondritis

In view of this please take any of the following cerebrex arthrotec gabapentin cymbalta neurogesic cream

If no improvement schedule an appointment with an orthopaedic specialist for clinical assessment as well as adequate drug treatment

I hope this helps Regards
