i have a chest pain from time to time also i noticed that i have been having an inside fever for the past couple of years coming an going from time to time with the chest pain i dont know whats wrong with me ,i now am currently ill with a cold where i sometimes noticed some blood in my mucus that i cough up

The fever would have to be measured with a thermometer to know if it is present. If it is, infection which can be continuous, is often a cause of fever and lung problems. Worldwide, tuberculosis is quite common for this.
