What Causes Constant Chest Pain Along With Shortness Of Breath?
I ve been trying to sleep since roughly 12am because I felt discomfort in my chest, it s now 2:30am and I ve been laying down, but I m having really bad chest pains and like a shortage of breathe? I m only 18 and this never happens so I m kind of freaking out

as you are in young age the probabilities of your symptoms might be
1.valvular heart diseases -most commonly manifest at this age
2.bronchial asthma
3.musculo skeletal
I can suggest you to get done
1. chest x-ray
2.ECG
3.ECHO
meanwhile you can take nebulization with duolin twice a day for time being, after results we can take appropriate actions
