What Causes Constant Dizziness And Black Circles Under Eye?

Black circles under eyes after whip lash, xr of neck ok just cervical sprain and some arthritis noted, accident,xr on weds. Was rear ended at toll booth while stopped by someone who didn't realize they were at tool. I then it turn hi woman in front of me. Neck, back, head pain and numbness in arms, left leg. Concerned about continued dizziness and dar circles under eyes

Hello
Whiplash is the main reason of black circle around eyes and it will take some times for resolve.
While dizziness may be due to these reasons, these includes.
1 Contusion or concussion in brain due to this accident . Diagnosis can be confirmed by MR I of brain.
2 Tension or anxiety may be the another reason of such dizziness .
For dark circles around eyes you can use heparin cream for local use as these are due to contusion and hematoma ( blood collection ) . I usually prescribe serratiopeptidase 20 mg three times in day for 7-10 days as it will help in dark circles as well reduce edema in brain so help in dizziness.
Still no relief then consult a neurologist and get his opinion.
