  What causes constant dizziness and ear pain during 31 of weeks pregnancy? I m 32 weeks pregnant and since week 30 I felt dizzy with vomit and then ear ringing about few hours. went to see ent doctor gave me dizziness and vomit then ear ring for few hours. been on and off the day after another.
