What Causes Constant Dizziness And Fatigue?

I have a fuzzy filled with cotton wool head, unsteady gait, great fatigue, constantly tired. I used to get up and walk at least 7- k each morning, now I can hardly get up the stairs. I have discussed the above with my G.P. and he has sent me for many scans and tests - all come back negative. Please help me.

You have problem of dizziness and fatigue that may be because of low blood pressure.

Vitamin b12 deficincey may cause weakness and fatigue problem.

Dehydration and low blood sugar level also cause this type of problems.
Anemia may ruled out.

Thyroid problem may cause cause fatigue and weakness. Check your thyroid function test.
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.
