What Causes Constant Dizziness?

In 1987 ,I had bilhazia when i was 13 years old ,i was taking taking some yellowish tablets and one day as i was playing with my friends i just felt dizzy,like something crept on my brain .I immediately started feeling like i was in a dream and from there on i ve never felt my normal me.I ve never sought medical but now i need it.
