What Causes Constant Drainage From The Throat With Breathing Difficulty?

Hello, . I have some issues with my throat. uh, Ive been to so many doctors before. some took it as an asthamatic problem. some as a Sinustis. and some took it as a gerd(stomach problem). What Problem i have is this that. I usually Have a white or transparent cloudy colored fluid like thing,, coming out of my throat after every one minute. and , also that, I can breathe in easily, but when i breathe out , it kinda jist stucks a bit , very little. i mean , Not liked blocked completely, But , still, Kinda Like In small breaks. and. When i take this Fluid out of my throat breathing also becomes normal. also , its Onlyyy at the left of my throat. Right side is completely fineee. my voice happens to be just lost when i want to speak louder. and when i speak , In a Lower tone , It sound so heavy. and also i face so many other things toi can you help me out what exactly is this.
