What Causes Constant Dry And Sticky Feeling On Genital Skin?
Hi, My Penis and genitals skin feels sticky and dry. There is no rush or any other symptoms. Its a little itching but not to much. Its more about the weird sensation of the penis. I had a protected sex 4 weeks ago with a new partner. When I pulled out I did notice that the Condom was covering only half of my penis. What can it be? What can I do about it? I will do an STD test, but meanwhile, your advise is really appreciated. . Thank you

The symptoms seem to be related to penile eczema.
I suggest using a steroid lotion for local application.
I alos suggest using an antihistamine such as Loratadine 10 mg one tablet a day to relieve the symptoms.
