Hello It seems from the history that you are having dryness and itching of ryes. Since you work in industries with poor ventilation this indicates allergy of the eyes. The treatment is by use of anti allergic eye drops and artificial tears eye drops. You need to use protective glasses to avoid exposure to allergens during working. This is not related with optic nerve damage or cancer.
Thank you
