What Causes Constant Dryness And Itchiness In Eyes?

i have been doing work making cabinets/ furniture using industrial grade finishing products in a non commercial area. and i bealive this is hurting me i know there is not enough ventalation but wear a mask but my eyes are starting to take effect ( constantly dry itchy and ive been told i have allergy eye but my doctor seems not to care. and i think otherwise) ive been doing this stuff for 7 years i dont know if he is right to come to a cunclusion or i should have it checked out further is it something to do with nerve damage or cancer maybe idk evything i use for finishing is related to both?? any advise thank you

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having dryness and itching of ryes. Since you work in industries with poor ventilation this indicates allergy of the eyes.
The treatment is by use of anti allergic eye drops and artificial tears eye drops.
You need to use protective glasses to avoid exposure to allergens during working.
This is not related with optic nerve damage or cancer.
