What Causes Constant Dryness In Hands?

Hi, I have had very dry hands for ages but recently, they smell weird in the morning. I am constantly washing my hands, I have a bit of OCD but I have small kids and there is always mess and snotty noses to clean up. Can you tell me why this is happening? Thank you
