What Causes Constant Empty Stomach Feeling During Pregnancy?
Hi I'm 28yrs old, first time pregnancy, 39 week and 2 days. I have had a constant empty stomach feeling all day even after eating. No strong Braxton hicks with slight back twinge of pain. Can you suggest relief for stomach feeling or if this is a sign of labour is due?
