MY LEFT EYE TWITCHING FROM LAST 3 MONTHS CONTINUE.EVEN I SLEEP WHEN I WOKEUP SUDDENLY THEN I ALSO FEEL EYE WITCHING.TELL ME WHAT TO DO.I SLEEP 4 HOUR IN DAY 2:30 TO 5 O CLOCK AND AGAIN SLEEP 11 O CLOCK NIGHT AND GETUP 5 O CLOCK MORNING.

it is blepharospasm. ticks. it is habit disorder. some time it is linked to anxiety. try to reduce anxiety. meditation and yogic exercises may help.
