What Causes Constant Fatigue, Digestive Discomfort And Blood In Stools?
I have been feeling unwell for 3 months, my symptoms are fatigue, digestive discomfort, constipation, stomach pain, a little blood when bowl movement, heart burn/acid intergestion, head aches, dizziness i generally feel unwell almost like im hung over but I don t drink alcohol, no energy or motivation
Any intestinal infection like ulcerative colitis may cause abdominal problems. Bacterial or parasitic or other infection may cause abdominal problems. Diverticulitis may ruled out.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. Abdominal ultra sonography and stool examination test is helpful.
