What Causes Constant Fatigue, Left-side Nose Blockage And Random Hot Flashes?

Hi I am a 25 year old female and I have been experiencing constant fatigue. I feel tired for much of the day also the left side of my nose is congested. It is always the left side of my nose, I ve been using nasal spray as a temporary remedy but it keeps coming back. Also I am having a tough time concentrating and my head feels congested. I have also been getting hot flashes here and there. What could be causing my symptoms?

Your symptoms point to common cold, sinusitis, chronic RHINITIS.
These are all most the same progressive disease.
Sinuses CT scan wil assist in diagnosis
Treat ment.
Anti allergic drugs
Antibiotics
Fruits and Vit C
Alot of fluids
Analgesics for pain
Consult ENT specialist.
