General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
I have read and understood your concern.
There are many medical conditions that may manifest with fatigue. However, a keen medical examination with some tests will be needed to know the exact cause of your symptom. Some possible causes may include:
-Chronic pathologies like cancer, diabetes....
-Metabolic problems
-Anemia
-Stress
-Medications
-Neurologic disorders
-And many others
I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and investigations.Test that may help include: full blood count, ESR, abdominal utrasound, serum electrolytes, fasting blood sugar, liver function test, kidney function tests, and others id need be.
Your treatment will depend on cause if any identified.
In the meantime, i will advise you try the following:
*Eat well and healthy with enough green vegetables
*Take enough water
*Take some mutivitamins
*Rest well
*Remain active
Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns.
Wish you good health
