What Causes Constant Feeling Of Numbness In The Arm?

hello ive had a problen with my right arm for the past 5 months or so, and now it is just in my hand the numbness has not gone away and it is a constant 24/7 feeling, ive been told that it was possibly a pinched nerve... but now my dr wants me to see a orthapedic..

Any injury may cause this type of symptoms.
MRIis helpful for further diagnosis.

Vitamins b12 deficincey may cause numbness problem.
Check your b12 level also....
