Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello Dr. Rynne, I am a woman of 48 years and my feet hurt constantly. I am a little overweight, but I am not on my feet all day. I recently was laid off of my job, due to lack of funding, so I m not overworked either. My lower legs hurt, but especially my feet. My heels ache all the time, even if I am on them for a short period of time, just around the house cooking and cleaning. It has gotten worse over the past few weeks. Please help! Thank you. What Causes Constant Foot And Heel Pain?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. You can take Tramadol and Paracetamol combination. Consult your physician for prescription. Put feet in warm water for 15 to 20 days. Take rest and eat green vegetables and fruits. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Purva Patel
