What Causes Constant Head Ache And Dizziness?

I hit my head one week and 3 days ago ever since I have had constant head ache dizzy sickness and feeling sick at times my legs and arms go numb and pins and needles, also the side of my face feels odd my jaw feels stiff my eyes are discoloured underneath my doctor said I have a muggy lump on head what should I do.
