What Causes Constant Headache And Heaviness In Head?

I ran down a bowling alley the other day and completely flew off my feet and hit the back of my head. I did not black out but felt initially dizzy and confused. The next day, I woke up to a very sore back and a constant headache. I can feel the soreness on the back of my head and my head feels very heavy. I had two episodes of ringing in the ears today too. My husband think I should go get a CT scan at the ER. What do you think?
