What Causes Constant Headache And Neck And Shoulder Pain?

Hi Doctor, I am 31 yrs old, weith 145 lbs.I have very high ESR 115. Had Arthritis and autoimmune blood tests, chest x-ray as well.All are normal.I had kidney inflammation in April 1st week. But it is good now. My ESR is still high. can you please suggest whom should I consult next. I feel tired most of the times, frequent headaches, neck and shoulder pain sometimes.Eyes feel tired always.
