What Causes Constant Headache With Dizziness And Sickness?

I have been having headaches, dizzyness and sickness for 2 weeks now. I feel off balance too. Over last few days I have been having heart palpitations and having a tingling feeling when it happens. The tinkling can be in my mouth or other parts of my body. I ve reas it can be linked to panic attacks. I ve had panic attaches and its ded not that. It happens when I m sleeping, watch TV or doing the shopping.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The described symptoms could be caused by various causes like anemia, vertigo, hypotension, low blood sugar levels and deficiency of essential nutrients to list a few. I suggest you to start taking multivitamins like Centrum or Berroca to start with, maintain a home blood pressure monitoring chart by checking the blood pressure twice a day.

In addition, you can visit your GP and request examination to rule out vertigo and request to get ECG, blood work-up done to rule out anemia, vitamin B 12 or Zinc deficiency and low blood sugar levels.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ayesha Shareef, General & Family Physician
