Hello,

This type of headache may be linked with the drop of blood pressure as you stand up and seems not related to sleep apnea.

It is necessary to Get up gradually (sitting for a few minutes from lying ) in order to avoid it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Erion Spaho, Neurologist, Surgical
