What Causes Constant Headache?

Hi I have had a constant head ache for 5 days I can t keep any food down and my belly is constantly swelled me and my partner have been trying to conceive I have been doing the ovulation tests but all come back negative my last period was on the 4th July any advice

Hi...Can understand your concern..As per your query about head ache from 5 days can be a migraine or a tension headache or some times it can be due to gastritis or flatulence also as you mentioned your belly seems to be swelled..I advice you to take pantoprazole 40 mg for 4-5 days once a day for relieving flatulence..If it still persists you need to consult a physician...As far as ovulation is concerned ,it may be possible that yours ovulation is not in mid cycle and it can be confirmed by an ultrasound scan while you're feeling the symptoms.I hope the information helps you..Take care.
