What Causes Constant Headache?

I have had a headache for 5 days....
my headache is a constant dull feeling and when I move or cough it is a severe pain from the top of my head spreading downward. I also have a sizzling feeling occasionally also in my head, and it feels as if my brain is to big for my head.

Hello there,
Thank you for the query on health care magic.
If your ear infection is on the same side then it is very likely that it has spread to your sinuses on the same side.
It could also be referred pain from the ear infection.
Since you are already on antibiotics, it should go away in a few days.
However if your symptoms worsen or if you develop new symptoms like swelling and pain around the eye and fever you must go to the hospital immediately. You might need injectible antibiotics in that case and further tests need to be done.
For now, if there is no fever, just take rest and drink plenty of fluid.
If your symptoms don't seem to be improving in 2 days, please visit your Healthcare provider.
Hope you get better soon.
Thank you for visiting health care magic. Have a happy new year!
