What Causes Constant Headaches Along With Back Ache?

i am 79 year old lady with daily headaches. I have had an MRI which just showed normal wear and tear given my age. I do have chronic back pain and peripheral neuropathy but I do not have diabetes. I am currently taking sodium valproate, oxynorm and temaze , blood pressure medication, thyroxine and Nexium. Could they be caused by drug interaction or???? Thank you for your help
