Hi,

Constant headaches along with ringing in the ears could be symptoms of various underlying conditions. Some of the common causes of such symptoms include:
* Migraines: Migraines are a type of headache that can cause throbbing or pulsating pain on one side of the head. They are often accompanied by sensitivity to light and sound, nausea, and ringing in the ears.
* Tinnitus: Ringing in the ears is a common symptom of tinnitus, which is a condition where you perceive sound when there is no external sound present. Tinnitus can be caused by exposure to loud noise, age-related hearing loss, ear infections, or certain medications.
* Sinusitis: Sinusitis is an inflammation of the sinuses that can cause headaches, pressure in the head, and ringing in the ears.
* Temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ): TMJ is a condition that affects the jaw joint and can cause headaches, ear pain, and ringing in the ears.
* Concussion: A concussion is a type of traumatic brain injury that can cause headaches, ringing in the ears, dizziness, and confusion.
* High blood pressure: High blood pressure can cause headaches and ringing in the ears.
* Medication side effects: Certain medications, such as aspirin, can cause ringing in the ears as a side effect.

Do meet a doctor and check the underlying cause of all these symptoms. Depending on the cause, treatment may include medication, lifestyle changes, or other interventions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
