General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The unilateral headache with eye swelling and exacerbation can be part of underlying auto immune disorder as takayasu arteritis or others. A detailed neurologic examination with ophthalmic evaluation via retina ultrasound is of paramount importance to proceed for the final diagnosis and cure accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
