What Causes Constant Headaches Along With Vaginal Spotting And Nausea?

I ve had constant headaches,clear scentless jelly like discharge, spotting when I wipe that only lasted an hour, nausea, sick to my stomach, excessively tired, mood swings, pains in my abdomen when I try to sleep, and lost of appetite (which I had with my last two pregnancies) but I took a test and it came back negative.
