Hello,

If you are feeling nauseous take anti emetics. Dizziness associated with headache & nausea is commonly a symptom of migraine, migraine associated vertigo, hypoglycemia, dehydration or viral infections can cause such symptoms. You are suggested to visit a GP, get clinically assessed, get CBC, Urinalysis & required Imaging tests done. He will treat you with antibiotics/antivirals & refer you to an ENT if need be. You will be assessed for Vertigo by the ENT & treated according to the severity of the pathology detected. You should get an Audiometry test done to stay on the safer side.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
