What Causes Constant Headaches And Fatigue?
I have been experiencing headaches and feeling tired for the past month. My energy level is very low. I had acute pericaditis in 2014, which resulted in three hospital stays ranging from 8 days in cardiac icu down to two days with a blood transfusion. I take metoprolol daily. Should i be concerned?

This can be due to two reasons :
Anaemia.
Problem in heart.
You are required to do complete blood count,haemoglobin estimation,ECG,Echocardiography.
After tests it would get clear the appropriate reason and accordingly drug therapy will be initiated.
I suggest you to report emergency room for proper evaluation and accordingly you would be treated.
