What Causes Constant Headaches?

I ve been getting these light headaches on different sides of my head some times the top right and the front above my left eyebrow that last at least 1min or less and or right away I ve been having them for 4 days straight, I checked my blood pressure but I m not good at reading it and it read 139sys kpa mmhg, 66dia kpa mmhg, 107 pul/min, I don t if I m just having anxiety or something cause I was having one like 3 days ago a small one but when I get one I get it bad. and could the headache be from a cold cause I think I ve been coming down with one since Tuesday of last week.. Ima male 21 years old 5.9 height weight 325 pounds.. Please write back.

I really appreciate your concern, such headache could be due to some nonspecific reason and most probably this could be due to emotional stress, and this is nothing to worry because it is nothing to take with blood pressure, try to low down the stress, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
