What Causes Constant High Pitch Ringing In The Ear?

Hello. I have been having a constant high pitch ringing in my right ear for three days now, which can be extremely annoying while taking care of a 2onth old. As well, my right hand will go numb and feel stiff in my 3 fingers. Ontop of that. I was just feeding my son and I felt this flutter in my chest (felt like my heart) and I became weak to where I thought I would have to put my son down and move around. I m getting very nervous as to what this could be, because it doesnt seem normal what so ever.

HI
Well come to HCM
There are numbers of reasons behind the ringing sound in ear and most common would be exposure to loud sound, wax impaction, viral infection, vestibular dysfunction, perforation, systemic disease, some time this is self limiting and better to wait for some time if this does not comes around on its own then better to see the ENT surgeon, take care.
