What Causes Constant High Pitched Ringing In The Ears?
My ears ring constantly at a high pitch. I was exposed to loud banging noise hitting steel. I feel I need to roll my neck to get relief. Neck is tight and my ears feel heavy. I have used saline & sudefed. I have tried the deborx for wax removal. Once in awhile there is a little relief but doesnt last. I do not feel like I have hearing loss. What do you think?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of constant high pitched ringing in the ears which is known as Tinnitus and it is due to
- Exposure to loud sound.
- Stressful life .
- Middle ear infection .
- Temporomandibular joint problem or wisdom tooth problem .
- Increase in blood pressure either locally beneath the ear or of the whole body
Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after complete examination. There is no specific treatment available for tinnitus except some dietary supplements like ginkgo biloba , which is known to cure tinnitus as well as hearing loss . There are some condition like increase in blood pressure the can be treated either with medicines or surgically. Meditation and yoga are very effective in case of tinnitus.
