What Causes Constant Hunger After Taking Exemestane?
I have been taking Exemestane 25mg for more then two years. I noticed recently than I experience almost constant feeling of hunger. I am pretty slim and eat often. And still I am hungry. Could this be a side effect of Exemestance or it has to be something else? Thank you in advance.

Increased appetite is a side effect of Exemestane. However, increased appetite and food consumption along with the lack of weight gain also raise the concern for hyperthyroidism (increased thyroid hormone levels). Please be advised to follow-up with a primary care provider to get thyroid testing done.
