What Causes Constant Hunger, Flatulence And Chest Pain?

hi sir, i am sajeed, i had jaundice 2 years back and it was cured in 1 month, but after that cholestrol was increasing in liver slowly that came to know 6 month back when liver disorder came and SGOT SGPT increaded, also found in lipid profile test. i took alopathy for 1 month (pantaprazole, and some Ulsocool for liver) after that i took homoepathy for gas and liver,, its been 6 month i am taking homoepathy, condition is better for not 100 ok..now problem is gas .. i am feeling hungry but getting lot of gas pain in chest stomach..please suggest

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here two things are very important one is clinical symptoms and second is underlying cause of elevated enzyme, if this was the jaundice then the reason of this need to be know because jaundice is just symptoms and not the disease or diagnosis, better to reassess the case, for proper diagnosis, (Hepatitis would be the main concern either it is virus or bacteria or other ) hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
