What Causes Constant Hunger?

hi 24 year old .working in IT Compani Saudi arabia i have a problem in my stomach for the last 4 year. and after a meal (2 to 3 hour ) my stomach feeling hungry all the time. how to stop this . give me good solution. i am very worried about this problem.

U should go for diabetes check up. Glucose tolerance test to rule out for diabtetes and if u r having stomach problem and if pain relieved with food then u should also check for duodenal ulcer...
