any general allergic response can acutely present with Itiching all over body.
dry skin can predispose to itching.
maintain adequate hydration by drinking water, use moisturiser to avoid dryness.
tab cetrizine can be considered but on advice of a dermatologist.
a consultation to local physician will help.
