Prior to this no issues with me knees....Plan on seeing my doctor tomorrow, but was wondering what you thought....thank you
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have constant knee pain . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like anterior cruciate ligament injury ,torn meniscus , knee bursitis , patellar tendinitis , iliotibial band syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis . But in your case it seems to me the symproms are probably due to rheumatoid arthritis ,gout or cyst . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order X-ray , CT scans , ultrasound , MRI and blood tests to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may recommend muscle strengthening exercises along with injection of a corticosteroid drug and surgery like arthroscopic surgery . For noe apply warm compresses to knee , take proper rest , drink plenty of water and elevate your legs while lying down .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
