What Causes Constant Lethargy?

Behind my knees are feeling tired and achy all the time, from when I wake up till bedtime. It doesn t hurt or keep me from being active, just uncomfortable. I exercise 5 hours per week, 2 hours yoga and 3 hrs of basic training classes at my gym. I usually cram all 5 hrs in 3 consecutive days, that is what my schedule allows. This as been consistent for over 2 weeks.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Feeling tired and achy all the time can be due to anemia.
I suggest you to get a complete hemogram along with perpheral blood smear examination.
Exercising is probably not the cause of pain and tiredness.
Excessive muscular activity can lead to body aches, however, in that case the pain gets over after taking rest and proper nutrition.
Thus, a blood work up will be helpful.

Thanks and take care
