What Causes Constant Light Spotting, And Discharge Of Skin-like Thing?

Hello wonder if you can help me. I had to take the morning after pill after a condom split I took it within an hour the 'accident' happened my period was a week early and lighter I chose to go back on the pill maverlon to avoid anymore mishaps. I had 3 more pills to take and I started spotting and 6 days after I passed somthing a bit like skin about an inch by an inch in size and it was pink/red and it was bluey grey at the bottom. 3 days later and im still on my period/light spotting and I haven't carried on taking the pill just incase if it was the hormones that was causing this. Any information on why this is happening and what the 'skin' was would be fantastic many thanks
