Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
yes thank you, for three weeks I ve been light headed and a bit nauseated. I ve stopped taking supplements and coffee. I have normal blood pressure, passed a stress test, no sign of diabetes, no ulcers or colon problems as I just had a normal colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures. My vitamin and iron levels are normal. Everything is normal except I feel weak, nauseated, and dizzy.
You have not mentioned your age nor your gender. It would have given clues to diagnosis. Nausea and dizziness can be caused by inner ear problems/hypoglycaemia/hypotension/migraine.
Are you under any medication? Some medications may predispose to these symptoms. Do you overexert physically or are on gym workout?
If you experience dizziness more with sudden movement of head,it is probably due to inner ear problem. You need to meet ENT specialist in that case. If you also experience any sort of headache along with it can be migraine. Maintain adequate hydration by taking minimum 8-10 glasses of water per day.
Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask if you have any more.
