Hello,

Since you have heart burn, you are suggested to take antacids & PPI's (Pantoprazole 40, one sos when needed) for relieve.

Take small amount of food multiple times a day, avoid taking spicy, oily food, cut on any food that causes you allergy.

Take digestives (Syrup Aristozymes) & laxatives at bedtime to avoid constipation.

Feeling of light-headedness is commonly due to anxiety, stress, dehydration, tension, low blood sugar, low blood pressure, allergies, exposure to weather, alcohol, tobacco, or drug use or side effects of certain medications.

You are suggested to gargle your throat with warm saline water 3-4 times daily, take semi solid food(oats meal, porridge, etc).

Take warm beverages & soups/ juice. Take ORS to keep your electrolyte balance normal & control your blood glucose levels.

Since you have cold & are sneezing, it could be pharyngitis or bacterial infection associated with cold, you are suggested to get clinically examine in ER, take sputum & swab tests.

For relieve you can take a course of Doxycycline 100 or Ampilox(ampicillin & cloxacillin) for relieve. You can take acetaminophen or naproxen ( one sos when required) for relieve from headache or bodyache.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
