What Causes Constant Lower Abdominal Pain By Hip?

I have constant lower abdominal pain especially by my hip bones I have not had a period since Jan but every time me an my husband have sex I have spotting the next day usually just first thing in the morning im going to my doc tomorrow but im really worried it could be something bad

The spotting the next day can be a sign of internal infection and inflammation. This can also be a reason of delayed period.
Ultrasonography and a clinical examination by your Gynecologist can help to arrive at the diagnosis and give a direction for further management.
