What Causes Constant Lower Left Back Pain?

Female 47 years Fit & healthy. Urine is foamy & bubbly. Constant lower back pain with left side pain. Feel queasy not much appetite. Very tired all the time. Have had 1 episode of kidney stones. CTscans not conclusive of stones due to no contrast as I am thin 55kg told by neurologist. Don t feel right!!

These symptoms are suggestive of urinary tract infection.

Urine analysis is advised. If it showed infection, urine culture is done to determine the most effective antibiotic.

CT for detection of urinary tract stones is done without contrast. It has very high sensitivity for detection of stones.
