General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some degenerative changes in your lower vertebrae producing pinched nerve pressure giving rise sciatica pain.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region for spondilitis.
After report physiotherapy, short way diathermy as advised by orthopedic surgeon.
Take calcium and vitamin D supplements.
Ok and take care.
